When Bob and Sylvain arrived in the big orange pump truck, they were happy and friendly. Over the time it took to empty the tank, we learned a bit more about the company, received an explanation on how the tank worked, had an assessment of the health of our system (it was good), learned about the filter (it was also in good shape), gained an understanding of what we were looking at (nothing gross), along with some tips to ensure things continue to stay healthy. We found the process very interesting and really enjoyed chatting with Bob and Sylvain. "Good Morning My wife was speaking with you the other day regarding a sewer smell in our house. We thought we were going to have the tank pumped, but you suggested a few things to us first. The smell was coming from our laundry room and it turns out, there was no trap in the washer discharge line and the gases were backing up into our house. I installed a trap, and smell is gone. Thank you very much for all your help and we sincerely appreciate your customer service. We are not sure when the previous owner had the tank pumped as we just moved in August, but i think we will be able to wait until the spring to have it pumped.
